TL;DR: Clear your browser cache by holding the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking on the refresh button in your browser. If you still don't see your changes, double check that you don't have a server side cache setup on your website, for example W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache. If you do have a server side cache, you will have to clear it through their system.
Explaination
123Host.me prioritizes loading a website as fast as possible and to do that we rely on caching, which basically means we hold frequently accessed parts of your website in faster locations so your visitors can navigate your website quickly. We use this caching as a way to serve your website to your visitors in the fastest way possible but keep your hosting costs low. A caveat to caching systems is something called "stale content" which basically means content seen by your visitors is an older version that what is on the server. This could be because your visitors browsers are holding on to your site's content and are loading it from the computers local storage vs over the internet or because part of our web server is holding some of your content in a faster location. We've optomized our caching system to ensure your visitors see up to date information quickly, but it might take a few minutes for it to actually be visible to repeat visitors.
To bypass this cache, you simply have to hold Shift while clicking the refresh button in your browser. In the event you have software on your website adding server side cache, for example W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, you will need to clear that through the software's settings.
